Al Nasr 2-1 Al Faisaly
Al Nasr Invitation tournament 2009 started last night at Al NasrClub's stadium. this event participated by Al Nasr the home side together with Jordanian Al Faisaly, Syrian Al Karamah and Iranian giant Persepolis. The event start curtain with the home side defeated Al Faisaly with 2-1 in style. Al Faisaly scored at an early 22min through Khaled Saad to let Al Faisaly lead with 1-0 before the 1st half break. After break, Iman Mob Ali stunned back with 2 goals at 50 and 86min to let the home side win over Faisaly 2-1. On the others hand, Iranian Persepolis edged the Syrian Al Karamah with 6-5 thr penalty shoot out. The game ended with 1-1 at the regular time. The final stage of the tournament will play on August 31, 2009 between Al Nasr with Persepolis and the 3rd and 4th place will be between Al Faisaly and Al Karamah on the same day as well.
