While the 2nd matches to see the Air India edged Pune FC with 2-1. ND Opara scored the 1st goal at 9min to make it 1-0. While Pune's player A Izumi strike for one goal to make it 1-1 at 49min after the break. Finally, Air India awarded a penalty at 54min and set piece by R Singh to allow Air India to defeated the Pune FC.
