Seongnam Chunma from South Korea, failed to be the last club represented Asian region, for the world club championship after defeated in the semi final semi final of at Zayed Sport City Stadium, UAE last night. They defeated by Inter Milan from Italy with 3-0.
Goals from D Stankovic (3min) and J Zanetti (32min) in the 1st half allowed the UEFA Champion to set up an advantage before start kick off for 2nd half. Diego Milito, last season UEFA Champion MVP scored the 3rd goal for Italian giant at 73min to let the European club sailed into final to meet up with surprise African club, TP Mazembe Englebert from Congo Republic which have defeated the Brazilian Internacional SC with 2-0. The last time Italian club won the title was in year of 2007 which was by AC Milan after defeated Argentine champion, Boca Junior at Japan.
It will be the 1st time for Inter Milan to win the title for FIFA World Club Championship if they manage to defeat the TP Mazembe to allow them won the 4th title for the same year . Previously they have won the Serie A, Coppa Italia and UEFA Champion League.
The final stage for FIFA World Club will be played on December 18, 2010.
