16th Asian Games 2010, Men Football Tournament Final Results

The most interesting part for Asian Games 2010 football event was both men and women gold medal won by the same country. Japan men and women football team won the GOLD medal for both event during the final stage of 2010 Guangzhou, Asian Games football event.

On the last November 25, 2010 final stage to see Japan play against UAE after both defeated Iran and South Korea respectively.

Japan men football won the game with solid and only goal at 73min through Yuki Saneto, this goal allow them to clinch the 1st ever gold medal for Asian Games. As women side, they also won 1-0 over DPR Korea during November 22, 2010 for the women football.

For bronze medal, the loosing side for semi final, South Korea edged 4-3 against Iranian youth. The 17th edition of football event will be held at Incheon, South Korea at 2014.
